Instructions for first time users:

1. Visit www.neafcu.org. Locate Online Banking Login in a Red Box. Next, inside the box find the sentence that states FIRST TIME USERS OR IF YOU NEEDTO RE-REGISTER, CLICK HERE and click the link. You will enter your member number, PIN (last four digits of primary’s Social Security Number – temporary PIN) then enter the Random Security Code – this code is different each time you login as an added security measure.
2. You will be asked to set up three questions that will appear randomly each time you login to your account. (answers are NOT case sensitive)
   
3. You will be asked to add a “Security Key” . This "key" is a phrase which means something to you (like "Go Redwolves") indicating you are on the correct site – an extra layer of security for your protection.
4. You will be asked to change your PIN to something other than the last four digits of the Social Security Number.
5. After following the directions in each step, you will then need to login and answer the questions you setup and use your newly-entered PIN. This is the PIN you will use each time you login to online banking.
