What are eStatements?
eStatements are an electronic version of your paper statement that you will
access through your Online Teller account. They will look different than your
regular paper statement, but will provide the same information. How much does it cost?
Enrolling and receiving eStatements costs you nothing - it's absolutely FREE!
How do I retrieve my
eStatements?
You will log-in to your Online Teller account and click on the E-STATEMENTS Menu
Tab. There, you will see a drop-down menu showing available documents. You will be
notified by email when a new eStatement is available.
Requirements for
E-Statements?
You must be able to log into Online Teller.
You must have Adobe Reader 6.0 or above installed on your computer.
How do I sign up for
eStatements?
Log into your Online Teller account and click on the eStatement menu tab and
follow the steps to enroll…
Why do I need to
provide an email address to sign up?
Confirmation that a new eStatement is available to view will arrive through
email.
I don’t use Online
Teller, can I still get eStatements?
At this time, we are offering eStatements only through Online Teller. To enroll
in Online Teller, please contact us and we will assist you in enrolling your
account.

eStatements?

paper statement

mailbox.

When will I receive
my first eStatement?
Your first eStatement will arrive the first month after the month you sign up
for the service.
(ex. You enroll on Feb. 15, your first E-Statement will be on March 1)
When will I stop
receiving my paper statement?
The month after you sign up for the service your paper statement will not
be mailed.
Can I print my eStatement?
Yes. If your computer is connected to a printer, you can print your eStatement.
How much history of
eStatements will I have?
Your statements will be stored for 60 days. If you wish to save a copy of your eStatement,
you will need to save it to your computer.
